A former executive director of operations at UBS Investment Bank, accused of having paid sex with an underage prostitute, indicated through his lawyer on Tuesday that he will claim trial.
Swiss national Juerg Buergin, 40, faces two charges in the online vice ring case involving a Singaporean girl who was not yet 18 when the offences were committed.
His lawyer Selva K. Naidu said: 'In these circumstances, I would say he's doing ok.'

So far, nine men have either pleaded guilty or indicated they will not claim trial. Altogether, 48 men have been charged with having sex with the girl.
