Gone in 5 minutes: Man cuts chain and grabs bike left outside flat
A man was caught on CCTV footage cutting the chain and taking STOMPer Prissy's bicycle from outside her Yishun flat yesterday (Nov 27) at close to 8am.
The STOMPer wrote:
"The man in the video is stealing my bicycle.
"It happened on 27 Nov 2011 at around 7.51 am.
"The location was at Yishun Blk 264, where the bicycle was chained to a railing.
"The man cut off the lock and just made off with the bicycle.
"It happened all within 5 minutes.
"My neighbour described him as a Chinese man in his late forties, around 1.8m tall and slim built."
