This thief is a fussy one, takes a lot of time selecting the clothes he wants

Normal thieves try to come and go quickly and silently. But not this one, who takes his time choosing what laundry pieces to take off with.

This thief was supposedly caught on CCTV camera at Blk 237, Hougang Street 21.

STOMPer rachel_2390 was the one who sent in this video.

so many people who gripe about HDB prices have no qualms about putting their unwanted and wanted stuff outside in HDB common areas...they think they own the place.

Stealing is a crime of cos but well I would say orbi good for hanging the laundry at the corridor, it's ruin the environment and take up public place!
