STOMPer ACG's money was allegedly taken from an ATM at Eunos Crescent by the man in the photo.
Said the STOMPer:
"This happened around Sept 20-something last year.
"In a rush and hands full, just minutes away from the ATM machine, my $350 cash was taken away by this man shown in the CCTV picture at Block 5A Eunos Crescent in Sept last year.
"When I called OCBC Bank, they advised me to report it to the police.
"So I went to the police post at Block 9 to make a report.
"The CCTV footage from OCBC Bank did not have a clear view of the man's face.
"So I asked the police if they could get footage from NTUC FairPrice which is just nearby.
"I went to the NTUC FairPrice to see the CCTV capture, and I took a photo of it.
"The man seems to be carrying a lot of bags of goodies.
"However when I followed up with the police, they said they had hit a wall and exhausted all efforts to trace the culprit who took the cash at the ATM."
"I then asked them if they could contact POSB, which also had an ATM beside the OCBC Bank machine.
"The last response I had from the police was about 1.5 months ago.
"I really hope to get my money back."

If you withdrew cash from ATM how would you forget to take it ?
Also I notice many times at supermarket where people pay for their groceries and forget to take them.
So many times the poor cashier had to chase after the customer.
Are we really so forgetful ?
