'My hubby is lawyer': AirAsia staff sends taunting SMS after customer complaint
STOMPer Ricky was appalled when he received a taunting SMS from an AirAsia staff. The STOMPer had made a complaint about his pram being damaged in a flight on the budget airline.
Ricky said:
"AirAsia short-shipped our baby pram.
"When it was returned to us, it was dirty and bent.
"The staff never said sorry or apologised to us. When I said that I would post this on STOMP and any other media, the staff wrote down her name, IC and employee number and even sent me a threatening SMS.
"Until now, no apology has been given."

Just because of a dirt on your pathetic stroller, you want to complain.. You are taking a budget airline.. NOT SOME 5 STAR AIRLINE LIKE SINGAPORE AIRLINE, OR GARUDA AND ETC.
