Swaying ghostly figure in white shroud seen below block of flats at 3am

STOMPer GANA GANZ caught sight of a swaying ghostly figure which seemed to be wrapped from head-to-toe in white under a block of flats.

Said the STOMPer:

"I was standing at my kitchen window at 3am drinking water and below my block I saw there was some minor construction items left on the ground which look like plastic pipes.

"As I was looking at them I caught sight of something moving from the corner of my eye and as I turned and looked near the tree trunks, I saw a white shadow swaying slowly.

"I quickly grabbed my iPhone and snapped a picture of the white shadow.

"Some of my friends who saw the picture says it might be a pochong (Malay ghost) believed to be wrapped from head to toe.

"I leave it to you to decide what is it."
