Cardboard boxes tumble from lorry: This is why drivers must secure their cargo
STOMPer David says these cardboard boxes tumbled from a lorry along Yio Chu Kang Road.
The STOMPer wrote:
"At about 515pm today (Feb 16) a Toyota lorry loaded with a large amount of clutter and boxes dropped this large cardboard box on the middle lane of this road.
"Fortunately there were no cars directly behind it at the time and no injuries were caused.
"A few cars however suffered some exterior damage when they were unable to change lane in time.
"I feel companies should ensure their drivers secure their goods properly and keep to speed limits.
"This is unsafe for other drivers as well as the general public."
