STOMPer Factisstranger is both amused and shocked by this Russian man's feat. He touched 1,000 women's breasts, so that he can pass the 'positive energy' of touching voters to the Russian Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin.
The man, Sam Nickel, explained that it was not easy to achieve this feat. The 1,000 women he touched was reportedly only 15-20% out of 6,000 to 8,000 women whom he approached and asked for permission.
The STOMPer said:
"This is a really weird, weird excuse to touch women! I'm amused and shocked!
"He says he wants to help the Prime Minister 'touch' his potential voters for the upcoming Russian elections!
"I surprised that so many agree to be touched.
"I don't think any woman in Singapore would let themselves be groped, for a worthy cause or not.
"DON'T try this here, you may be arrested!"
